First off, I am really not one to write reviews, but I felt i needed to on this item. I’ve struggled with weight my entire life. I’m male..mid 30s. This stuff worked so well it actually kind of freaked me out a bit. The first few days were slow then BAM…i had lost 3 pounds…then 5 pounds..then 6 pounds..it really seemed way to good to be true. But here i am several months later, and i have still kept off the 15 pounds that i have lost. I wasn’t hungry on the diet at all. In fact, I had to remind myself to eat dinner a few times. I would find myself forgetting to eat my snacks during the day. I had no cravings for sweets…which is my total weakness. It was a really easy diet to maintain. My mom decided to try it last month. She has lost 17 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks and is going strong! She inspired me to order again and start the second round, as i have about another 20 pounds to lose to hit my goal weight. Great product!
