What sounds better, a cassette adapter or FM Transmitter for and ipod?

Being the genious I am, I bought a 2000 Lincoln LS with a cassette. I already have an FM Transmitter, (made by Monster), but I can’t get it to sound good. Any tips on adjustments I can make?

Do the cassette adapters sound better since they go through the cassette player?

The cassette adapters work much better than FM transmitters. It will sound just as good as having a CD playing. Those FM transmitters really suck because if you live in a college town like I do, there are tons of poor college students using them on the same frequencies so you are always getting interference from other cars!

every fm transmitter ive had had has never sounded good i would def go with the cassette adapter cuz its hard wired and wont get any interference from any radio waves and what not….
