I just got the brush and used it on my pomeranian (dog) and hair keeps being removed. Am I suppose to keep brushing until no more hair is removed?
And can I use the dog rake on my cat?
my dog sheds ALOT!…. like beyond regular dogs similar to mine (srry if tht didnt make sense) but should i use the FURminator on him because alot of people tell me to but isnt it only for bigger dogs or both??

I have read countless articles where people state that the Furminator doesn’t work on their Pomeranian. I don’t know if the Furminator is intended for medium to short haired dogs. I have 2 very long haired Poms and I’d like to know before purchasing one. I DO NOT WANT TO SHAVE THEM. ☺

My Ragdoll is shedding BIGTIME, and I’ve seen the FURminator on the net. It seems to work ok for dogs, but I’ve read mixed comments regarding cats. Have you tried it on a long haired/semi long haired cat, and if so, what was the result?
